The
TaylorMade R11 S Fairway Wood allows you to dial in your distance. This is acheived by adjusting the loft up or down with Flight Control Technology (FCT) and changing the face angle and the spin rate to the desired settings. The deeper face and lower center of gravity creates an easier launch and the white crown and black face makes alignment easy and eliminates glare on top.
The R11s Fairway Wood delivers a very solid feel, much like the
r11s driver for sale. Head and shaft are perfectly paired. It is a bit heavier overall than similar clubs, but is very smooth and distance is great.
There is the 5-way Adjustable Sole Plate (ASP) technology, which allows loft and face angles to be independently decoupled – a must for golfers who need to adjust the angle of their shots. Then there is Flight Control Technology (FCT), which allows golfers to change the orientation of the club head with the shaft. This allows the loft to be adjusted up and down and becomes indispensible to the serious golfer when used in conjunction with ASP technology.
Tee the ball so half of it is visible over the crown, or top, of the club head. Teeing the ball too high can result in swinging under it, causing the ball to pop up. As the degree of loft increases, you can tee the ball closer to the ground, allowing the natural loft of the
cheap r11s fairway wood to create the trajectory upon impact. Have a nice wide stance. This should be not too wide that you can barely turn your body, but wide enough to be nice and stable. A wide stance also helps to get the ball up into the air.
Hit a shorter, more controlled swing to generate a low, penetrating shot. Don't step up to the tee with a fairway wood intent on bombing away. You are setting up for the next shot while trying to avoid trouble spots. When you bring the
cheap golf clubs back, the shaft should be just past vertical, with your hands stopping at shoulder height. This also applies to the follow through. In addition, stay balanced in your follow through. This is important because you will know you swung with the appropriate amount of power.
