When you burn stuff with DIVX you need a DVD player that plays DIVX burned DVDs some don't. You need a program like Convert X to DVD. You can download a trial of it on their website. I think it's a timed trial. So you may only get it for 30 days but that will be more then enough to get the movie burned.
