| TWILIGHT STAR HIT BY TAXI! TWILIGHT star ROBERT PATTINSON was hit by a taxi as he tried to flee hysterical fans. His besotted admirers clearly aren't content asking for an autograph or snapping a quick photo these days. The 23-year-old was knocked on the hip in front a New York book shop where he was shooting scenes for new film Remember Me. Five security guards leapt to his defence as the Brit actor escaped a group of teenagers. The gaggle of girls had gathered outside the store and across the street where his trailer was parked. He was not seriously injured, but his bodyguards were said to be furious. One of them yelled at the girls: "You see what you did, you almost killed him!" _________________   |
