Jonas Brothers want to do New Moon OST

Ok so I just saw this and really this is getting annoying.

Now, the JoBros are hoping to join the two red-hot franchises together.
"The movie was obviously a huge success, and if they asked us to be a part
of [the sequel], that would be great," Nick Jonas said when we caught
up with him and his brothers Monday, revealing that the trio are fans
of Stephenie Meyer's vampire franchise and would be willing to write a
song for the "New Moon" soundtrack. "It would be really cool."
"That would be really cool," agreed Joe and Kevin.
"I haven't seen it," Joe admitted. "But I have heard it's a great movie."
"We're looking forward to seeing it," Nick added. "We've been a
little busy, so it's kind of hard to get the movies, but we'll see it."
"Typically, we'll get the advance DVDs and watch them on plane
rides or something," Kevin said of the band's attempts to keep up with
Hollywood's latest hits during their busy touring schedule. "So,
hopefully, we'll do that."


It is like everyone and their mother wants a piece of Twilight now and who better to want to be apart of the soundtrack than....not Muse.....not Paramore but....the Jonas Brothers?! I just copied and pasted some of the news. Of course this means nothing since they are just saying oh yea that would be cool but still is there no stopping the madness. They haven't even watched the movie but suddenly they want to be in the soundtrack for New Moon.

I would be pissed! I can't stand them.

Their sound is no where NEAR what the music was like on the last soundtrack and I think it is so lame they even would consider doing music for a movie they know nothing about. I loved the soundtrack and the different bands they had were perfect. I just hope Twilight doesnt try to go really mainstream and just use popular bands or actors in general. I loved the cast from the first one and I think it is smart to stay with the whole unknown actors thing for the most part. This is all becoming insane people lol but the Jonas Brothers.....when I saw that I knew I had to share this WTF moment!

My 9 yr old neice would be happy about the Jonas brothers lol She freaking loves them haha.

Yea my eight year old cousin would be going crazy BUT doesnt mean they are right for Twilight lol. It is just so funny now all of sudden everyone wants to be in the movies in some way.

My thought is they are already famous by themselves. Why do they need New Moon? I think they would just make the soundtrack bad and what would they sing? That love bug song? HAHA!

Yea now remember none of this is even close official and I dont think they would even be considered for the soundtrack because they have a totally different style of music than the music from the soundtrack would need to be but I agree. They shouldnt even think about doing a song for New Moon!

I really dont understand why these people think they belong in the movie. Now did you hear that Hillary Duff wants to be in the movie. Im with you Tam I dont have anything against most of the people...besides poodle girl.....but that doesnt mean that everybody and their mama should be in New Moon! Seriously this is insane!

Yeah I heard about the Hilary Duff thing. Id rather have her than most of the disney kids.

I like hilary duff, that doesn't bother me. Its just I can't stand AnnaLynn or the jonas brothers.

I dont mind Hillary Duff.....doesnt mean I think she should be in New Moon though and thats the difference. Most of these people havent read the books, and all they see is money. It would be nice if they could just focus on getting people who are good for the roles and not people who are celebrities.

exactly which is kind of sad. even though the movie blew up the true fans are the ones the director and everyone else should be worried about. I really hope they make the movies the way they should and block out all this new hype that follows it.

i agree! i hope that the hype gets ignored as well. for the fans that love the books the movies are a big deal. they start getting all nuts it's gonna mess everything up!
