For anyone who like fantasy novels like me, these are REALLY great books!
The series is called Hallowmere, by Tiffany Trent, and is about a girl named Corrine Jameson, she is sent to live with her Uncle, and is visited by fairies, "The Hawthorn People." They tell her to take a stone from her Uncle's study, and return it to them, and that is when she is visited by "The Captain," he stands at her window, and raises his blood covered hand to her as if he knows she is watching. Her Uncle sends her to Falston Manor, where Corrine discovers more evil than just the Captain and the Fey (fairies).

There are a lot of books in the series:
1. Hallowmere: In the Serpent's Coils
2. Hallowmere: By Venom's Sweet Sting
3. Hallowmere: Between Golden Jaws
4. Hallowmere: Maiden of the Wolf
5. Hallowmere: Queen of the Masquerade
6. Hallowmere: Oracle of the Morrigan

MORE TO FOLLOW!
I think there is going to be a few more books, I think four, but there might end up being more. The rest of the are due out this year, and next.

7. Hallowmere: Marsh King's Daughter (March 10, 2009)
8. Hallowmere: Snake Dancer (June 9, 2009)
9. Hallowmere: Redemption (November ?, 2009)
10. Hallowmere: Ouroborus Undone (Spring 2010)

THESE ARE A MUST READ!!
