Be familiar to the discount Callaway X-22 Irons

Takes very little getting used to if you have been hitting with steel clubs. The discount x-22 irons feel almost like the same weight as my steel clubs but are made of graphite. The ball literally flies when you hit it.

Similar to most GI irons, the Callaway X Hot Irons have a thick topline, but overall size and shape are very much different than many of the GI clubs we have played recently. When you miss them on the toe or heel, they fly as straight as an arrow. The good thing about the X-22′s compared to others we have tried though is that when you do miss it, you still get the feedback that lets you know how to correct it.

They are a very forgiving set on miss hits but when you hit it good you know it immediately. That's where I feel better thwn the Ping K15 Irons. There are few things in life are a fullfilling as a well struck golf ball. I recommend these clubs to anyone who wants to spend a little more to see their scores drop. This set is that the feeling of good impact was better than we had felt in many of the GI irons.

The weight of the clubs allow you to make a smooth swing while generating good clubhead speed. They had more of a “tour trajectory” and we really liked that aspect of them. We played four rounds with them and not once did I ever complain of wanting my player’s irons back. Not new than the callaway X-24 hot irons, but the same feeling can be found.
