Been in the mood to replace my fairway and hybrid, I am longing for the G25 very much. I heard much about how golf life is sure to be a lot easier with a good hybrid you can trust. Hybrids vary in their shape and design more than just about any other cheap golf clubs on the market.

I tried the cheap Ping G25 Irons before and love them very much. I think th G25 hybrid will also live up to me. PING seems to cover all the bases with their different hybrid offerings. A wide menu of lofts allows you to easily find the proper carry distances and a more rearward CG in the lower lofts makes it easier to get the ball airborne. The G25 has softer edges and a shallower face to give more of a mini fairway wood feel to it than previous PING hybrid offerings.

A thread in the forum says, "I have been hitting with the ping g25 fairway wood and 23* hybrid for a week now. I went down to a good range (really really wanting to buy the Taylor Made RBZ stage 2's), and tried out a couple of sets, including the swing measuring device thingy. As much as I loved the TM's, the Pings were just way too good to ignore.

The 2013 Ping G25 Hybrid are the latest in an illustrious line of Ping game-improvement clubs and will appeal to players who want the maximum amount of forgiveness and trajectory Ping has offered to date. According to the description from testers, tee shots were easy to hit and shots went high, far and straight. Shots from the fairway and light rough were much like what I experienced in the simulator – very easy to get the ball airborne

The G25 hybrid is available now and comes in lofts of 17, 20, 23, 27 and 31 degrees. It is a flat-out performer and will certainly make a lot of people very happy with it in their bag. The G25 performs these shots quite well with some predictable results and no ballooning shots at all. These traditionally shaped 17-4 stainless steel hybrids are extremely forgiving, launch the ball high, and feel solid at impact.
