I tried to use so many different brand golf clubs and one day, the Razr X demo with graphite shaft and I tried to play for one round as golf shop give me a try and test. I love best price golf clubs so much. Unlike most irons today, Callaway RAZR X Irons are designed to maximize one specific performance benefit- distance, forgiveness or feel without sacrificing all other critical areas needed to hit more greens.
Even when I hit a shot off centre it still goes fairly long. These irons are extremely easy to hit and control. The feel is much better than the cheapest burner 2.0 irons' IMO. The shorter shaft creates a stiffer feel and a flatter lie angle, the opposite of what I was searching for and what I need. The fit is totally incorrect for my dynamic swing and swing posture. The finish is prone to the slightest damage. After one round there are already nicks and cuts in the finish of some of the irons.
I feel more comfort swing and control the ball in the golf game than I used any clubs including cheap Callaway X-22 Irons. My old wilson iron 7 with steel shaft, hit ball average 150 yards. My new Razr X with graphite shaft, hit ball average 170 yards. When you strike the ball you can feel the difference from other clubs. These clubs are much shorter in length than my previous set purchased here, X-14 with steel shafts.
RAZR Technology shifts the center of gravity 12% lower and 15% deeper by redistributing 30 grams of weight in the back cavity; providing the power and forgiveness of a wide-sole iron with the precision and playability of a thin-sole iron. The new technology allows you to swing smoothly and accurately. I like the grips Callaway used for these clubs. Crisp feel upon impact. Sand wedge performs really well in bunkers or in tight lie situations. The look of the club at address assists in proper lineup.
Callaway RAZR X Irons feature a lower, deeper center of gravity and a consistently hot face for distance and accuracy. In head-to-head tests, the cheapest callaway razr x irons are 56% more accurate than a competitor's iron that chases distance at the cost of accuracy. The amount of yardage I added to my game with these clubs was huge. When you strike the ball you can feel the difference from other clubs. To consistently hit it close and shoot lower scores, golfers need to be able to make shots from all areas of the golf course.
