I had been using hybreds and could not seem to get the ball off the ground. It has been a challenge trying to find and in between set that doesn't have the super game improvement monster sole like pretty much all the Ping iron sets or the Titleist AP1 712 Irons for sale. I didn't want to go full boar to a muscle back iron so these were the closest I found. These TaylorMade R9 Iron clubs help me to get fairway hits in the air and my old distance has returned. The clubs are very good looking and I feel like a real golfer again.

I demoed these, the Mizuno JPX 800, Ping I15, burner 2.0 irons sale, and the Callaway Razr irons. All very good clubs but on the simulator the R9's had more distance and consistent flight patterns for me. Partly i think this is due to the very nice KBS steel shafts that come in the R9's. The finish is a mix of chrome and satin which I believe makes the top line look thinner. While a thicker top line doesn’t really bother me, the thinner look is nice and should make these irons more appealing to a larger audience.

The feel is also great. The ball just seems to leap off the face, yet I can immediately tell where it was struck on the clubface. As a less than scratch golfer, this helps me as I work to improve my game. The face on these is very hot and the ball jumps off with a HIGH flight trajectory. For the money i would say these golf clubs for sale can be good for either a high handicapper or a mid to low. I play to a 6.8 index. One flaw i noticed is the black cavity filler does tend to chip and get grass stuck in it all the time other then that very good set.

If you are looking for a very forgiving and soft feeling iron then these Taylormade R9 Forged Irons cheap may be the ones. In all previous steel shafted irons I have owned I had to add sensi-core inserts to soften the vibration on my wrist and elbow but these were fine as recieved. If you have a very difficult time getting the ball in the air then other models with more weight in the sole might be better. The KSB shafts are a nice touch. You could not find a more classic looking iron that was so forgiving.
